Your acceptance of these terms

By joining THE PATH ritual series, you signify your acceptance of this policy.
Please read carefully and make sure you sign at the end of the page. 

We, Adrienne and Birjiwan, desire this container to be safe + transparent for all participants.

INFORMED CONSENT

The Path provides a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the rituals, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during these practices.

Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and
check if the practice proposed is suitable for you.

If you are pregnant, first trimester postpartum, or on your period, certain techniques
must be avoided, especially yoni steaming. If you are in this case and the general guidelines propose such a modality, please do not practice physically and wait for specific instructions. Do not hesitate to ask for help anytime during the ritual to request an alternative option.

It is essential that you always retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in these guided sessions and classes to your own circumstances.

The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after or during the ritual in the chat or via email. We are here to help you get the most from your practice and are more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives. 

Adrienne Fisher and Birjiwan will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in the sessions. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice.

PRIVACY, SAFETY, AND TRUST

In these ritual series, we desire to hold a safe space that respects all participants’ privacy -
including ours. Safety and trust are a priority when we work with these feminine practices that might feel vulnerable and aim to help the participants soften and surrender. 

All zoom events are recorded in order to be shared with participants who live in different time zones or cannot join live. Please note that even if your camera is on, the recording is always showing only the person who speaks, this means either Adrienne or Birjiwan unless in some cases if you are invited to speak to the entire group. If you do not desire to be recorded while speaking, please respect your own feelings and turn your camera off. This being said, please do not hesitate to share when invited if it feels good, keep in mind the fact that we invite all participants engaged in the series and signing this form to act with respect for one another and that all of us take part in the Circle for the sake of
healing and highest good for all persons involved. 

To ensure the confidentiality of the circle, the recordings will be secured with a password and are not available for download. They will be deleted four weeks after the end of the series, on November 30st, 2023.

To respect the privacy of all participants, the links to access the rituals, the recordings, and all emails sent in the frame of the series MUST NOT be transferred or shared with anyone. 

If you desire to capture or share your own setup of the rituals, you are more than welcome,
however to respect the privacy of all participants no screenshots must be taken of our circles.

REFUNDS + CANCELATIONS

This online program and services sold are non-refundable.
No returns or refunds will be given on change of mind or if the participant did not attend the classes.
It is the participant’s responsibility to attend the classes that they pay for, whether live or recorded. If they do not, it is not The Path’s responsibility to refund.

COPYRIGHTS

Each ritual designed, each email sent to you and all the information gathered is put together
with love and devotion by us. It is with years of practice, cultivation, and study that we guide and share these rituals. By joining the Path to the Rose, you engage to respect our work + your own investment and to keep the content shared for yourself only. You also agree to not copy any aspect of Path to the Rose, including the classes or content we share, to then teach on your own and make a profit off of it.

AGREEMENT

I understand that any information that I receive in The Path to the Rose ritual series should not be construed as a substitute for any medical examination, diagnosis or treatment; and that I should see a physician or other qualified medical specialist for any ailment of which I am currently aware. I understand that Adrienne Fisher and Birjiwan are not medically qualified to diagnose, prescribe or treat any illness, and nothing said in these sessions should be construed as such. I take full responsibility for my well-being and action during the session and do not hold the practitioners or Meraki Nomad liable for any outcomes resulting from this series.

I engage to respect the privacy and confidentiality of this circle and to keep the content shared in The Path to the Rose (in the form of emails - links - recordings and live online meetings) for myself exclusively.
